Our 2 year old cocker spaniel Coco has been coming to Lesley for daycare and holiday breaks for about 18 months now. She loves seeing Lesley and Phil, so much so she pulls me to the door when we arrive! She always comes home happy and content. Lesley and Phil are always happy and friendly. We feel extremely happy and confident about the care that coco receives.

Red Lion Canines are my ‘go to’ place for anything related to training, behaviour advice and for dog walking / sitting arrangements. Lesley is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and calm. My dog is always very happy to go there, or to be walked by her. We also went to puppy socialisation classes there, about 2 years ago which were very beneficial. I wholeheartedly recommend Lesley and Red Lion Canines to any new / current dog owner.

We were lucky enough to find Lesley at Red Lion Canines to look after our beautiful Cockapoo Margot on the odd occasion when we go away. Lesley is wonderful with Margot and we are confident in the care she receives when she stays. Communication is fantastic and Margot always comes back a very happy little doggy. As Spark’s owner it is obvious to me that he is well cared for and very happy. That’s all that matters.

We have used Lesley and Phil for six years and have found them to be wonderfully helpful and, more importantly, great hosts for our miniature schnauzer Ralph. It is quite comical… when I drop him off he is all forlorn, but I’m barely off the premises before he is pulling Lesley INTO the house, all excited to be there! We know Ralph will always be happy and well cared for with Lesley and Phil, which is a greatly reassuring to us. they are always our go-to people to look after Ralph.

I have been using Red Lion Canines for over 6 years now to look after my confident cockapoo & anxious cavapoo. They absolutely love staying with Lesley & Phil and knowing they are happy, safe and well looked after (ok spoilt!) means I can enjoy my holiday. They are treated as family members and love mixing with the other dogs that stay, it really is a home from home. They eat & sleep & have their own holiday, what more can I ask for!
